well i think i decided today that i think i am pretty happy and content with the little family of 8 tunes that i have worked out, and so i am (99% sure) gonna keep it at that for this project. nice g balls! nice!
yea, i am pretty down with this. i think i’ve gotten out what i wanted to do w/ some songs at this period in time and am just feeling good about the jams i think. its not A+ material here, but its a step in the right direction for sure. i am just going to continue to work on recording parts and making up lyrics to these last 2 songs (that i already have the music/melodies for) over the next few months (i think by summer at some point i should be done for sure.)
i am looking forward to this continual process, and am excited about getting more academic with my musical side here soon. doing theory, ear training, working on some piano stuff and practicing real technique shit,etc for guitar is gonna be my shit here for the next while. i’m actually really excited. i think not worrying about a future project and just trying to get better and gain knowledge will be awesome for my musical chi. yyyeeeaahhh.
